  • Family: Wife, Ginger; Children—Justin 25, Reagan 22, Matthew 20
  • Years with Moody: 21
  • Hobbies/Interests: Hunting, basketball, golf, swimming and reading. 
  • How I became a Christian: Saved in January 1980 as a result of my dad's testimony and death that same month.
  • Best thing working for Moody: Moody is a place of integrity. They are very family oriented. They stand on the Word of God.
  • Favorite Bible Verse: Psalms 37:4-5; Romans 8:28

James (Dee) Etheridge, Announcer
  • Born: July 14 at Yazoo City, Mississippi
  • Family: Single
  • Years with Moody: 17
  • Hobbies/Interests: Listening to music, Reading, Watching Movies and Sports on T.V.
  • How you became a Christian: In May 1973. At the age of 12, I felt the Lord leading me to accept Him and become active with His church and people so I could grow in His wisdom and love.
  • Best thing working for Moody: Working for Rob Moore and the good folks at WMBV. And seeing the impact WMBV has had on people's lives. Especially the unsaved.
  • Favorite Bible Verse: John 3:16 and Romans 8:28

Mary Ellen Etheridge, Announcer
  • Birth: April 21 at Potsdam, New York 
  • Family: Married with 3 married children and 6 grandchildren. Husband (Brooks) is a pastor.
  • Years with Moody:   12
  • Hobbies/Interests: Prayer groups and Bible studies.
  • How You Became a Christian: Rebirth took place in a cabin on a hillside a Wednesday morning around 6:00 a.m. (at least 31 years ago). I simply knew there had to be more and I asked God to reveal Himself to me and He did.
  • Best Thing Working for Moody: I love meeting family members (household of Faith). The fellowship is beautiful. I enjoy being a part of the Word of God being spread through the air waves and hearing the testimony of the "hearer".
  • Favorite Bible Verse: Isaiah 40:31, Psalm 84:11, Habakkuk 3:17-19

  • Birth:  October 21 at Selma, Alabama
  • Family: Wife Connie, No kids ( if you don't count 2 spoiled rotten chuhuahua's named Emmy & Pepper along with Dasiy a retriever/Shepherd mix.
  • Years with Moody:  6
  • Hobbies/Interests: Boating, swimming, bowling crosspuzzles.
  • How You Became A Christian: Saved in 1970 during a revival service.
  • Best Thing Working For Moody: I've been given the opportunity to spiritually grow in a family oriented, Christ-like organizations, and for this, I am truly thankful.

Favorite Bible Verse: Phillipians 4:6-7, Psalms 112:1

  • Hobbies/Interest:  Basketball, golf, football, & just about anything active
  • How You Became a Christian:  Raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ in my heart at a very young age after hearing my dad talk about Jesus
  • Best Thing Working For Moody:  I enjoy all of the relationships that I have built through Moody and I love the Christ-centered atmosphere.  Not to mention the GREAT BIBLE TEACHING!!!

  • Birth: July 15 at Birmingham, AL
  • Family: Husband Brian
  • Years with Moody:  1
  • Hobbies/Interests: News, Music, Reading, and

             spending time with those I love.

  • How you became a Christian: By the age of 16 I had fallen

             victim of date rape and began to self-medicate. After learning

             of my lifestyle, my parents decided to get themselves back in

             touch with the True Savior and required me to attend church

             (at this point in my life, that was punishment!). My junior year

             of high school, God revealed the calling He placed on my life

             and allowed me to exercise His forgiveness on my offender,

             delivering me from a history of drug use and bad decisions.

  • Best thing working for Moody: Well, I'm pretty new, but I

             can tell you what attracted me to come to work for MBI-

             their dedication to Biblical truths and their dedication to the

             families of their employees.

  • Favorite Bible Verse: Proverbs 3:5-6 & Jeremiah 29:11
